Christian Dionne
Shortly after founding The Dental Network, Elizabeth Kuehn began looking for a right-hand man that shared her vision of customer service and genuine client relationships. She was looking for someone with whom she had a strong bond, someone whom she trusted, and above all, someone who had a flare for working with people. She didn’t have to look very far to find Christian. In October of 1997, Elizabeth’s son, Christian Dionne joined The Dental Network.
Twenty-one years later, Christian has proven to be a most valuable asset to the company.
Prior to entering the dental industry, Christian enjoyed a career serving customers in the retail industry. As a manager of several retail stores, Christian tailored the skills he utilizes today for interviewing and placing dental professionals. A born “people person,” Christian’s outgoing and friendly demeanor has quickly made him a trusted resource to the dental offices, hygienists, chairside assistants and front desk help with whom he works.
While working in retail, the importance of customer service in the success of any business was etched in Christian’s mind. Today, he applies that knowledge to growing The Dental Network by taking every step necessary to ensure his clients are pleased with the services The Dental Network provides.
Christian’s zest for life and undying energy is refreshing and noticed by many. Christian has made a practice of visiting dental offices to get a first-hand look at the work environment and meet face to face the people he talks with over the phone. He also personally interviews each job candidate in-depth in order to gain the truest sense of each person’s capabilities and personality traits. By getting to know his clients and placements, he is better able to determine which candidates are the “best fit”, temporarily or permanently.
In his free time, Christian is a devoted husband and father, volunteers as a Captain with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and is a Scout Leader. He is owner of ProtechtU www.protechtu.com and an Endowment Member of the NRA. He is certified in Basic Firearm Safety and a License to Carry Instructor. He is a Range Safety Officer and is certified to teach the renowned NRA “Refuse to be a Victim” course. He is also certified to instructor in life saving skills such as First Aid, CPR and AED training.
He enjoys golf, baseball and music.
